Both of our available properties are located 1/4 mile from trail 30 at Windrock Park, less than a 5 min ride on your ATV and your on the trails! We are only short ride by atv to the Windrock General Store as well. Windrock Park is 73,000 acres of off-road excitement located in Oliver Springs, TN. The trails accommodate all types of vehicles from ATVs, SxSs, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, Jeeps/4x4s, buggies and trucks.

Our properties are large and well thought out. With plenty of room for you and your guests you will have all of the amenities you need to make great memories. Both properties are right beside each other so you can rent both for larger groups if desired. Our properties have large decks to relax on with great mountain views, and spacious interiors that are extremely clean and well maintained. Both properties also have nice firepits with Adirondack chairs that you will enjoy relaxing in dining the evening. We can even have firewood delivered to you!
